Do the maps work without internet connection?

Yes, all our navigation packages are designed for offline use. Once downloaded, you can access full functionality without any internet connection. Updates sync automatically when you reconnect.

Can I use the maps on multiple devices?

Explorer Essentials and Journey Master packages allow installation on up to three devices. Expedition Pro supports five devices, and Nomad Collection offers unlimited device installations.

What regions do you currently cover?

Our core coverage includes all of Australia and New Zealand. Expedition Pro and Nomad Collection extend to Pacific Islands and major Southeast Asian destinations. We add new regions quarterly based on user requests.

Is there a refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If our maps do not meet your expectations within the first two weeks, contact us for a full refund.

How do I access customer support?

Email support is available for all package holders. Expedition Pro and Nomad Collection members also receive priority support with faster response times and direct access to our navigation specialists.
